All orders are processed same day or next business day if placed before 3PM (excluding weekends & holidays). We ship exclusively through DHL and FedEx to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped. International delivery times vary by destination. Tracking information is emailed immediately once your order has been dispatched.

What type of hair do you offer? Premium Cambodian Virgin Hair and 100% Raw Vietnamese Hair. Both collections are ethically sourced, thick from root to end, and designed to last with proper care.

Is the hair truly 100% human hair? Yes. All Eloria Hair is 100% authentic human hair — no synthetic blends, no fillers.

How long does the hair last? With proper care, our hair can last 1–3+ years. Raw Vietnamese hair is especially known for exceptional durability and longevity.

🎀 Styling & Coloring

Our hair can be colored up to 613 and can be straightened, curled, and restyled. Professional coloring is strongly recommended to preserve quality. Minimal shedding is normal, and proper maintenance significantly reduces shedding.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the exclusive and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Exchanges may be approved only if the hair is unused, the lace is uncut, and the hair has not been installed, altered, or colored. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for exchange consideration.

Does the hair shed or tangle? With proper care, shedding and tangling are minimal.

Can I reuse the hair? Yes. Our hair is designed for multiple installs when maintained properly.

Do you offer customized wigs? Yes. You may place a pre-order for a customized wig. Please allow up to 1 week for your unit to be professionally prepared. Once completed, shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order? Orders may only be modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
